Situation
Leadership offsites involved up to 30 senior participants, with schedules, priorities and attendance changing continuously. In one particularly high-stakes situation, an already-booked leadership offsite conflicted with a rescheduled Board meeting, creating both a significant financial risk and a leadership-capacity problem.

Rather than escalating the conflict without a solution, I first explored what could be changed.
