My career began in high-level executive support and evolved naturally toward broader executive operations: solving ambiguous problems, improving systems, aligning stakeholders and taking ownership of execution.

I am commercially minded, relationship-led and increasingly focused on how AI and automation can remove repetitive friction and create more space for high-value work.

Alongside my Executive Business Partner work, I offer specialist hiring advisory for companies recruiting senior Executive Assistants and Executive Business Partners. Having spent more than a decade inside these roles, I help founders and People teams assess the qualities that are difficult to capture on a CV — judgment, ownership, prioritisation and the ability to operate effectively around senior leadership.
